Germany’s Vocational Training Program (VTP) provides a unique opportunity for international students to learn, earn, and build a long-term career in one of Europe’s strongest and most stable economies.
Under this program, candidates attend a vocational training school for theoretical learning and receive hands-on apprenticeship experience with a German employer. Students participate in regular classes, evaluations, and final examinations conducted by the vocational training school.
Eligibility / Basic Requirements
- School Certificates: 10th & 12th / Diplomas / Degrees (Minimum 50% marks)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with photo
- German Language Certificate (B1 / B2 Level)
- Valid Passport
- Age: 18–30 years (up to 34 years for selected professions)
- Vaccination Certificate
- School-leaving and other recognized academic certificates
German Language Learning Timeline
- 1A1–B1: 6–8 Months (depending on grasping ability)
- 2A1–B2: 10–12 Months (required for technical professions)
